A Garage Sale
Featuring  Scrapbooking & Cardmaking Supplies

To participate in the garage sale, you must email me for a BID # that you will use to sell your gently used scrapbooking & card making items.

25% of your sales will go to the Chatham Kent Special Populations and 75% is yours to keep.

All items must be clearly marked with an easily removable label/sticker showing the $ sale amount AND your BID # for tracking.

 1.  You must be a registered cropper to enter your gently used products in the garage sale. 

 2.  Your BID number will be your seller's number.  
      Please email me to receive your BID number.

 3.  All items must be labeled with seller's bid number and the price of the   item
      All prices must be to the dollar (i.e. $2.00, $3.00 etc.). 

 4.  All loose items must be in sealed clear plastic bag.  All paper sold should be bundled
      in a 10 pack minimum.

 5.  A complete itemized list (including the price) of all your gently used items must be
      submitted by each seller.

 6.  25% of received monies collected will be donated to the CKSP and the
      remainder will be given to seller at the end of the garage sale.

 7.  At end of garage sale, sellers are to pickup items unsold. 
      Failure to pickup items will result in them being donated to the CKSP art program.

 8.  We will not be responsible for any misplaced, lost, etc items. 
      We will try to maintain and monitor a contained shopping area to   reduce the risk of aforementioned situation.

 9.  Cash only purchasing.  We will not accept bills larger than $20.00.
